Terms of use
These terms apply to Simplified Orthodontics Studio and its tools, Simplified Ceph, Simplified Cast and Simplified Practice, provided by Simplified Orthodontics Academy. By using the app you agree to them.
1. Education and research use
Simplified Orthodontics Studio is an educational and research aid for dental professionals and students. It is not a medical device and has not been cleared or registered as one by any health authority. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend treatment.
2. Clinical judgment
Results depend on the images and models you load, the landmarks you place and the calibration you set. Check every result before relying on it. Clinical decisions remain your responsibility.
3. Normal values and comments
Norms and interpretive comments are drawn from published references. They may not suit every patient or population.
4. Patient data
Everything you enter stays on your device. You are responsible for patient consent, for following the data protection laws that apply to you, for keeping your device secure and for making backups. We cannot recover lost data.
5. No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without any warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Simplified Orthodontics Academy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including clinical outcomes and loss of data.
7. Ownership
The app, its code and its design belong to Simplified Orthodontics Academy. You may use the app. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or resell its code or design without written permission.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always on this page, and continuing to use the app means you accept them.
